Per garantire il regolare svolgimento della cerimonia ed evitare ritardi, gli ospiti che non soggiornano presso l'Hotel Désirée sono gentilmente invitati a usufruire del servizio navetta, in partenza dal parcheggio del Mercato di Procchio ( di fronte all'Hotel del Golfo) dalle ore 16:00 alle 16:45. A Procchio sono disponibili numerosi posti auto, rendendo il parcheggio più semplice rispetto a Via di Spartaia.

To help ensure the ceremony starts on time, guests who are not staying at Hotel Désirée are kindly invited to use the complimentary shuttle service departing from the Procchio Market parking area between 4:00 PM and 4:45 PM. Ample parking is available in Procchio, making it a more convenient option than parking along Via di Spartaia.

Vi chiediamo cortesemente di essere puntuali e di allocare il tempo necessario per raggiungere la location.

Per gli ospiti che soggiorneranno all’Hotel Desirée, il giorno della cerimonia sarà richiesto di liberare ombrellone e lettino dalle ore 12/13 per consentire i preparativi in spiaggia.

For guests staying at Hotel Desirée, on the day of the ceremony we kindly ask you to vacate sunbeds and umbrellas from 12/1 pm to allow for the wedding preparations on the beach.

Poiché la cerimonia si svolgerà sulla spiaggia, vi forniremo per chi desidera delle infradito.

As the ceremony will take place on the beach, we will provide flip-flops if you want.

We dreamed of a serene and thoughtfully curated day for all of you. Given the large number of children who would have otherwise attended, we realized that – also due to the logistical aspects of the venue – it would not be possible to provide suitable entertainment during the ceremony and the reception.

For this reason, only our nephews will be with us. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.

We understand, however, that some of you may wish to enjoy your stay on the island with your whole family. For this reason, please contact directly our wedding planner who will be able to assist you in arranging babysitting service.
